Adebola Adeeko

Adebola joined the Research, Evidence and Learning team in January 2023 with over 10 years of experience as a Strategic and Development Communications professional in the International Development sector, specifically in working with local communities to drive social change using rights-based and participatory communication approaches.

She has expertise in using participatory communications approaches, including the use of radio drama and popular theatre to stimulate dialogue, promote social and behaviour change among vulnerable and marginalized communities and facilitate increased citizen voice in decision-making about their lives. Adebola has worked with international and local organizations in Nigeria to strategically place audience-centered communications within their projects for wider impact. 

She has a Masters in Communication for Innovation and Development from the University of Reading.
