Sensitive complaints include serious concerns about fraud, corruption, or safeguarding abuses.

We treat sensitive feedback and complaints with the utmost seriousness and urgency.  If your feedback is sensitive and fits within these categories (or you suspect that it might), then please promptly report by email.
