Pledges

So how do you become a Salt member? The only commitment you make is to sign the Core Salt Pledge.

This should be seen as an exciting moment in your faith and business leadership. The Pledge should not be seen as an additional onerous or even impossible task but rather as a marker of your commitment to journey along the path of values based leadership and business practice.

In addition, each year, the members work with us to develop a number of Statement of intents which provide focus and direction for the year ahead. 

As a member you can choose to sign up to one or more of these Statements, either publicly or privately, which give a clear signal to the wider world as to our direction of travel.
