Explore the wonderful artworks created by children and young people around the UK
The climate crisis is a key issue that is shaping the future of children and young people everywhere. Its more important than ever that children are learning, reflecting, and acting together to create a sustainable future for everyone.
Get Creative For Climate Justice asks young people to use their amazing creativity and send a loud and clear climate justice message to MPs and Government Ministers. Check out our gallery above to see some of the highlights from our exhibition in parliament.
Creative for Climate Justice provides some teaching resources to support pupils to explore climate change as an issue of social justice, and once your pupils have had a chance to reflect, they can make their artworks to showcase their ideas, and their hopes for a just and sustainable future for people and planet.
Every single artwork created by pupils is important, and for that reason we ask that you host a local exhibition in your school or the wider community - which is a great opportunity to invite your local MP into school and for pupils to be courageous advocates at a local level.
Download the project pack for all the information and resources needed to participate in the project, as well as guides for submitting artwork to be exhibited in the Houses of Parliament.
The Creative for Climate Justice Parliamentary Exhibition in 2023 was a real success - we had so many stories of MPs visiting local exhibitions, articles in local papers, fantastic artworks created by children and young people of all ages, and an impactful day in parliament with 20 young people, 150 artworks, and 31 MPs.
